Assessing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health with questionnaires and journaling.

Education

Providing knowledge that can lead to and presenting choices of solutions available.

Planning

Presenting a plan that includes meals, exercises, and habit changes can help optimize well-being.  “Prescribing” meals and food choices.

Referrals

Providing a list of referrals, including other practitioners, food suppliers, supplement suppliers, and any other services need.
